Once you've chosen the Review tab, it'll appear in the edit settings page and you can configure it by clicking on it. To add the Reviews tab, just scroll to the bottom and hit the 'Add Tab' button.

For example, 'Runner's World' could be typed as 'Runners_World' to find the right page. If the page name contains spaces, it can help to replace the space with an underscore symbol when you type the name.
